Cape Hayat is a premium beachfront residential development by RAK Properties, located on Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project comprises four residential towers two 20-storey and two 9-storey buildings housing a total of 668 high-end units, ranging from studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments to exclusive four-bedroom penthouses. Designed to capture panoramic views of the canal, mangroves, and the Arabian Gulf, Cape Hayat represents contemporary coastal living with a strong emphasis on sustainability, modern amenities, and long-term investment value.

MAHY Khoory Group played a key role in the delivery of Cape Hayat by providing the complete plumbing and pumping infrastructure for the development. The scope of work included the supply, installation, and commissioning of high-performance water supply and drainage systems designed to meet the operational demands of a large-scale, high-rise residential project.

- DPK Submersible Pumps - Heavy-duty pumps with free-flow impellers, selected for stormwater and sewage drainage applications requiring robust and dependable operation.
- CM Horizontal Multistage Pumps - Compact, low-noise booster pumps used for domestic water boosting, offering efficient performance and a small footprint well suited to residential plant rooms.
