MAHY Khoory's Involvement
MAHY Khoory Group played a key role in delivering a reliable and energy-efficient HVAC solution tailored to the project's mixed-use requirements. The scope of supply included ducted indoor units and VRF outdoor units, with a total installed capacity of approximately 430 HP.
Technical Contribution
- The VRF system was selected to provide precise temperature control across multiple zones, ensuring optimal comfort for residential apartments while efficiently accommodating the variable load demands of commercial podium spaces.
