MAHY Khoory Group supplied a complete VRF-based HVAC solution tailored to the individual requirements of each villa. The scope included ducted indoor units and VRF outdoor units, with a total installed capacity of approximately 4,360 HP across the development.
Technical Contribution
The VRF systems were selected to deliver independent temperature control for each villa and internal zone, ensuring personalized comfort while maintaining high energy efficiency.
